Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using BSRP (British Streets Roleplay) services, including our FiveM server, Discord community, website, and any related platforms, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use BSRP services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use our services. By using our Services you agree that you have obtained such consent.

Users found to be underage will be immediately and permanently banned from all BSRP services without warning.

3. Account and Registration

To access certain features of BSRP, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
Maintain and promptly update your account information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach

You may not share, sell, or transfer your account to another person. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Email Verification: You must verify your email address to access your account. For ongoing account security, we may periodically require you to re-verify your email address (approximately every 90 days). A verification link will be sent to your registered email when this is required. Failure to complete re-verification will prevent login until verification is completed.

4. User Conduct

By using BSRP services, you agree to:

Follow all server rules as outlined in our Rules page
Respect all community members and staff
Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or hate speech
Not use cheats, hacks, exploits, or unauthorized modifications
Not engage in real-world trading or selling of in-game items/services
Not impersonate staff members or other users
Not spam, advertise, or promote other communities without permission
Not share or distribute malicious content, links, or software

5. Content and Intellectual Property

Our Content: All content on BSRP, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, scripts, code, and software, is the property of BSRP or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

User Content: By submitting content to BSRP (including but not limited to applications, suggestions, creations, or communications), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, reproduce, and distribute that content for operational purposes.

FiveM and GTA V: BSRP is a modification for FiveM and Grand Theft Auto V. We do not own or claim ownership of FiveM or GTA V. All rights to these platforms belong to their respective owners (Cfx.re and Rockstar Games).

6. Virtual Items and Currency

BSRP may include virtual items, currency, or goods that can be acquired through gameplay or other means. You acknowledge that:

Virtual items have no real-world monetary value
We reserve the right to modify, remove, or adjust virtual items at any time
Virtual items cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for real currency
You do not own virtual items; you are granted a limited, revocable license to use them
Virtual items may be removed if your account is suspended or terminated

7. Store Purchases and Subscriptions

BSRP operates an in-game store through which you may purchase one-off products or recurring subscriptions. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to the following:

7.1 One-Off Purchases

One-off purchases grant you access to specified perks, Discord roles, or in-game benefits at the time of purchase
Payment is taken immediately upon checkout
Perks and benefits are delivered automatically where possible (e.g. Discord role assignment, FiveM server commands); delivery may occasionally be delayed and can be manually re-triggered by staff

7.2 Recurring Subscriptions

Subscription products are billed on a recurring basis (e.g. every 28 days, 3 months, or 6 months), as stated at the time of purchase
Your payment method will be charged automatically at the start of each billing period
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting staff via our Discord ticket system; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period and no further charges will be made
We reserve the right to cancel or modify any subscription at our discretion, with reasonable notice where possible

7.3 Purchase Delivery

Where a product includes automated delivery, this may consist of one or more of the following:

Discord Role: A role assigned to your linked Discord account, granting access to channels or perks within our Discord server
FiveM Commands: Server-side commands executed when you next connect to the FiveM server (e.g. job assignments or in-game items)
Other Digital Benefits: Access to features, areas, or content as described on the product listing

Delivery is contingent on your Discord account being linked to your BSRP account and you being a member of our Discord server. We are not responsible for delivery failures resulting from your Discord account being unlinked, your server membership lapsing, or other factors outside our control.

7.4 Refund Policy

Refunds are not automatically provided and are issued at our sole discretion
You may request a refund by contacting staff via our Discord ticket system within 14 days of purchase
Refunds will not be granted where the associated perks or benefits have been significantly used or where an account ban or termination is in place
Approved refunds are processed via Stripe and returned to the original payment method; processing times vary by bank
Upon refund, any associated Discord roles and in-game benefits will be revoked

7.5 Chargebacks and Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in the immediate suspension or permanent ban of your account and removal of all associated benefits
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us before raising a dispute with your bank or card provider

7.6 Pricing and Availability

Prices are displayed in GBP and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
We reserve the right to change prices, modify product offerings, or discontinue products at any time
Benefits and perks associated with a product may be adjusted or removed at our discretion; where material changes are made to an active subscription, we will provide reasonable notice

8. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, ban, or terminate your access to BSRP services at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to:

Violation of these Terms of Service
Violation of server rules or community guidelines
Cheating, hacking, or exploiting
Harassment, discrimination, or toxic behavior
At our sole discretion for any reason

Bans may be temporary or permanent. We are not obligated to provide warnings before suspension or termination.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

BSRP services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
Services will meet your requirements or expectations
Any errors or defects will be corrected
The server will be available at all times

You use BSRP services at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BSRP, its owners, staff, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

Loss of profits, data, or use
Loss of virtual items or currency
Interruption of service
Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, in the past 12 months.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BSRP, its owners, staff, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

Your use of BSRP services
Your violation of these Terms of Service
Your violation of any rights of another person or entity
Your content or conduct on BSRP platforms

12. Third-Party Services

BSRP may integrate with or link to third-party services, including but not limited to:

Discord (authentication, role management, and community features)
FiveM (game server platform)
Stripe (payment processing — all store transactions are handled by Stripe; we do not store your card details)

We are not responsible for the content, availability, privacy policies, or practices of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies. In particular, all payment transactions are subject to Stripe's Terms of Service.

13. Privacy

Your use of BSRP services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

14. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute with BSRP, you agree to first contact us through our Discord ticket system to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of BSRP services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Material changes will be announced via Discord or the website.
